A new residential district in Erlangen relies on design-oriented KEUCO furnishings
A special new district is being built in the heart of the university city of Erlangen: "Brucklyn" is a building complex designed particularly as home for young people, students and entrepreneurs. On a total area of 20,800 m² it offers completely furnished premium apartments, gastronomy and retail space, as well as a centre for business and start-ups. Living, working and recreational facilities in the same district is the idea that the Jost Company Group is striving for in this project. The interior furnishings offer luxury and comfort in the smallest of spaces, with skilful arrangement of the bedrooms, work rooms, kitchens and bathrooms in the apartments. The multifunctional and tailor-made furnishings leave nothing to be desired. With their premium materials and finishes, the exclusive bathrooms impress with clever details such as niches to place things, perfectly adapted washbasin-storage-space combinations, and minimalistic fittings from KEUCO. The IXMO_solo shower fitting matches the concept perfectly: The reduced design harbours maximum functionality. In a unique way the fitting combines single-lever mixer and hose connection in only one module on the wall. That saves space and residents are impressed by its extremely easy use.
High value is placed on quality in the wash area with the chrome-plated KEUCO PLAN blue fittings. But another aspect was decisive for the choice, too: With an average flow rate of only 6 l/min., high priority is placed on sustainability. Even though it saves water and energy for the sake of the environment, the jet of water is still full and strong thanks to the use of a special aerator. Another special touch was added to the KEUCO fittings in the shower and at the washbasin, with a laser engraving of the Brucklyn logo. Attention to detail in simply every corner.
