Der Auslauf in seiner langen, ovalen Form liegt auf dem zylindrischen Grundkörper und betont die grazile Silhouette der Armatur. Die flache ovale Gestaltung wird durch die Oberflächenvarianten – in Chrom sowie den galvanischen, gebürsteten Oberflächen Rotgold, Messing, Titanschwarz sowie Edelstahl-finish – auf individuelle Weise interpretiert. Fortschrittliche Technologie

Neben dem einzigartigen rosettenlosen Design überzeugt die Serie IPOS mit innovativer Technik. Die leichte und komfortable Bedienung der Waschtisch- und Bidetarmaturen wird durch einen zierlichen, kurzen Hebel ermöglicht, der durch seine seitliche Position außerdem verhindert, dass Wasser bei der Bedienung über die Hand fließt.

Das Besondere: Mit vertikaler Betätigung des Hebels wird die Armatur geöffnet und geschlossen. Durch horizontales Führen des Hebels lässt sich die gewünschte Wohlfühltemperatur des Wassers einstellen, wobei der mittlere Teil des zylindrischen Grundkörpers mit dem Hebel mitgeführt wird: nach vorne für wärmeres Wasser und nach hinten für kälteres Wasser. Der sanfte Wasserstrahl ist nicht nur angenehm, sondern auch nachhaltig und verbraucht lediglich 5 Liter pro Minute.

Für Gäste- oder Aufsatzwaschtische bietet die Serie eine zusätzliche Funktion bei der Montage durch den Profi: Sofern die Armatur rechts neben oder auf dem Waschtisch montiert werden soll, kann der Auslauf der Armatur um 45° bzw. 90° gedreht montiert werden. Damit ist der Hebel auch bei einer Montage der Armatur rechts vom Waschtisch in einer bedienfreundlichen Position.

Mit der Auswahl an Oberflächenvarianten und Auslaufhöhen von 110 mm, 130 mm und 250 mm ermöglicht die Serie maximale Flexibilität für individuelle Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten am Waschtisch.

Stilsichere Ergänzung

In der Dusche bietet KEUCO mit den IPOS Armaturen einen außergewöhnlichen, neuen Look: Die Armaturenelemente wirken wie aus einem Stück mit selbstbewussten 90 mm Durchmesser und setzen gekonnt ein Designstatement in der Dusche. Die runde Formensprache wirkt modern, elegant und ist vielseitig kombinierbar. Mit der 250 mm großen, runden Kopfbrause bilden sie ein unschlagbares Team in der Badgestaltung. Die Kopfbrause ist direkt unter dem Brausearm, der ebenfalls die Formensprache des Langovals aufgreift, montiert und kann um bis zu 10° geneigt werden.

Trotz ihrer optischen Präsenz bleibt die Kopfbrause mit einem Verbrauch von nur 8 Litern pro Minute ressourcenschonend und passt ideal zu einem nachhaltigen Lifestyle. Die Technologie hinter dem beeindruckenden Design ist powered by IXMO von KEUCO und fasst mehrere Funktionen wie gewohnt stilvoll zusammen. Lediglich zwei Elemente sind in der Dusche erforderlich und sorgen für eine klare und aufgeräumte Optik: Der Ab- und Umsteller ist gleichzeitig Schlauchanschluss und Brausehalter für die Handbrause. Die Handbrause beeindruckt ebenfalls durch Nachhaltigkeit: Sie benötigt nur 7 Liter Wasser pro Minute. In Kombination mit dem Thermostat ergibt sich eine harmonische Einheit.

Die Duscharmatur und das Zubehör der Serie IPOS sind verchromt oder in den galvanischen, gebürsteten Oberflächen Rotgold, Messing, Titanschwarz sowie Edelstahl-finish erhältlich.

Die Armaturenelemente können ebenfalls für eine geschmackvolle Gestaltung des Wannenbereichs eingesetzt und mit dem Badewanneneinlauf oder einem KEUCO Wanneneinlauf kombiniert werden.

BLACK SELECTION shows a clear edge

The linear, understated design of EDITION 11 fittings and accessories is available in a strong, bold black matte finish. The deep black powder coating emphasizes the clear lines of the series. A symbiosis of form and colour that couldn´t possibly be a better match. EDITION 11 in black matt offers impressive features for a strong accentuated bathroom design. A combination of the EDITION 11 fittings, bathroom furniture and washbasins, creates bathrooms with an architectural flair - straightforward and modern.

Contrasting design at the washbasin

The star at the washbasin is the fitting. There is no doubt when it comes to the EDITION 11 fitting. It makes an impressive design statement with its strong shapes at the brightly designed washbasin. Despite their strength, the clear edges of the products still promise visual lightness. The free-standing bath fitting is really impressive. As a black matt solitaire, it has an effective appearance. The inlet and shower can be controlled via two separate levers and promise relaxing bath times.

A highlight of the EDITION 11 accessories is the beautifully shaped shower tray. This is available with or without a shower squeegee, also in deep black. At KEUCO, design and function play a key role. Perfectly crafted products must combine aesthetic form with sensible functionality. A standard that is systematically put into effect, from the idea right to the product – and with great success! KEUCO AXESS has received this year’s iF DESIGN AWARD 2023 Gold.

A special distinction and honour, because the iF DESIGN AWARD is one of the most prestigious design prizes in the world. AXESS, Design by Studio F. A. Porsche, received the award in the discipline product design, category bathroom. Only the best of the best receive the distinguished iF DESIGN AWARD Gold.

The iF DESIGN AWARD is presented annually by the world’s oldest independent design institution, iF International Forum Design GmbH. With its unique design, KEUCO AXESS was able to win over the independent, international expert jury comprised of 133 members from 20 countries. The number of candidates was immense: The jury’s job was to choose winners of the coveted seal of excellence from almost 11,000 submissions out of 56 countries. KEUCO AXESS was among 75 Gold winners honoured with the iF DESIGN AWARD 2023 Gold.

A special feature of the series is the drop-down supporting rail: when folded up, it is remarkably flat and inconspicuous on the wall. When folding, the profiles of the drop-down supporting rail slide apart. This produces the exceptionally flat, elegant look on the wall, reminiscent of a sculpture.

In KEUCO AXESS, Design by Studio F. A. Porsche, design meets accessibility. A striking feature of the entire barrier-free series is the linear clarity of all the products – from the drop-down supporting rail, to the railing system for the shower and the grab bars, right to the bathroom stool. Reduced and focused on the essentials, the design combines aesthetics and barrier-free functionality in a stylish and innovative way. Verdict of the jury: “Studio F. A. Porsche demonstrates that bathroom furnishings intended for elderly and handicapped people can be both elegant as well as functional. Through its premium and timeless design, the AXESS drop-down supporting rail conveys a sense of security and reliable support, without clashing with the bathroom’s clear lines.”

The furniture and washbasin range PLAN by KEUCO is concepted for design lovers with a sense for special functionalities. Washbasin furniture and light mirrors impress with innovative solutions and are perfectly matched when it comes to colour. Available in truffle, cashmere, inox, white, anthracite and dark vulcanite, every single piece of furniture is uncompromisingly modern. The high-quality glass fronts are lacquered on the back. Only the inox and vulcanite models also have glass with a matt satin finish. The depth of colour lets the furniture in vulcanite appear particularly noble and modern.

Absolutely tidy

The design of the PLAN bathroom furniture is complemented by intelligent functionality in detail. The high washbasin cabinet is available with two drawers or one pull-out unit. The latter then surprises with an additional interior drawer. The interior partitioning allows direct access to care items and is particularly practical for a tidy order. No chance of things getting mixed up here!

The holistic PLAN bathroom furniture concept also includes sideboards and tall cabinets. Here, sensuality is paired with meaningfulness. The PLAN tall cabinet with integrated shelf on the side is a smart and visually appealing solution. Invisible from the front, the cabinet offers plenty of space for everyday bathroom utensils.

PLAN handle-less bathroom furniture comes to the fore with its unobtrusiveness. PLAN ceramic washbasins impress with their flat design in a soft flowing shape. Ceramic porcelain stoneware is an easy to care for material and meets the highest demands in terms of resilience and hygiene. Depending on the selected width, single or double washbasins with a generous space for different fittings are available.

Perfectly matching in colour, light mirrors with technical sophistication

Forming an aesthetic unit, PLAN mirrors and light mirrors blend in with the washbasin furniture of the series. Their all-round frame exactly matches the respective colour of the furniture. At the same time, the frame looks like a picture. The coloured lacquering of the high-quality aluminium frame is insensitive and easy to clean. The LED light source allows perfect illumination of the face. The light mirror is available with up to two light colours and alternatively with a practical mirror heating. The control element can be used to vary the light colour and switch on the mirror heating. The washbasin and main lighting can be switched on or off and also dimmed separately. The intelligent electronics remember the last selected lighting scenario when it is switched on again.

The popular IXMO fitting design in the shower and on the bathtub is complemented with IXMO fittings for the washbasin and bidet to create a uniform, consistent bathroom design. IXMO stands for X possibilities. Based on this principle, a further spout height complements the versatile range. This means that there is a suitable fitting solution for every washbasin.

In addition to the spout heights of 60mm, 100mm and 210mm, we have extended the range to include a 130mm single-lever washbasin mixer. This means that in addition to the classic heights, an additional, particularly comfortable height is available. It provides extra space for washing your hands or hair and for filling different types of bowls or containers.

Elegant on the wall: a folding support rail like no other

Who says that good design has to stop at folding support handles? Studio F. A. Porsche has developed a strikingly beautiful and unique solution together with KEUCO - the special highlight of the barrier-free KEUCO AXESS range. The visually appealing folding support rail stands uniquely flat against the wall when folded up. Folded stylishly against the wall in this way, it looks nothing like folding support rails of the past, and is even barely recognisable as such.

Even when folded down, the KEUCO AXESS folding support rail is a beautiful and elegant solution, available in three finishes: chrome, matt black or aluminium-chrome. Depending on the surface, a grip-friendly plastic inlay in black or white is seamlessly integrated. Thanks to the fine structure, the plastic is particularly easy to grip and prevents slipping when supporting or holding on. The optional and retrofittable toilet paper holder has a black or white roller stopper and is available matching the colour design.

Two different projections in 700 and 850 mm offer perfect safety and support. Looking at the large projection, the folding support rail is also suitable for larger wheelchair-accessible WCs. The optional and retrofittable radio WC flush actuator integrates aesthetically into the handle and is compatible with radio flush cisterns from common manufacturers via Bluetooth.

Despite the reduced design, stability is guaranteed and proven with 115 kg load capacity: KEUCO AXESS folding support handles are TÜV tested and certified according to DIN standard.

The rail system - beautiful design that provides support at the same time

The rail system and the grab rails of the KEUCO AXESS range are characterised by their reduced design. The versatile range provides support and safety in the shower and bath, at the washbasin and WC. Despite high stability when holding and supporting, the design appears light and elegant, while also impressing with its high ergonomic quality.

At the front, the design of the grip surfaces is kept in a flat rectangular band - with flat surfaces and precise edges. At the back, the rail/grip system and handles are ergonomically shaped in a semicircle - for an optimised grip. The oval rounded back perfectly fits in the hand when grasping and thus has the advantage that it is not necessary to exert much force when holding on. This ensures a secure grip and a reliable hold.

The unobtrusive wall fixings of the rail system and grab rails emphasise the clear, reduced design, but at the same time offer sufficient stability for a barrier-free design. The range of KEUCO AXESS grab rails includes various lengths from 400 to 1000 mm.

In the shower, the rail system can be flexibly adapted to suit on-site conditions. The shower rail also serves as a stable grab rail and gives a safe feeling at all times. The shower slider can be unlocked and moved up or down by simply pressing on the back with just one hand. The shower head can also be turned to the left and right in the holder without any problems and can be tilted up and down in various positions.

Safe, beautiful and comfortable: mobile seating in the bathroom

A seat is a plus for comfort in the bathroom. Taking a shower while sitting down is particularly comfortable. KEUCO has supplemented its range of seats with the mobile KEUCO AXESS stool.

The design of the KEUCO AXESS stool, Design by Studio F. A. Porsche, followed a high standard: as reduced as possible, as safe as possible, as comfortable as possible. In an archetypical, timeless design, the stylish stool takes up little space in the bathroom and fits in any corner. With a load capacity of 150 kg, the KEUCO AXESS stool can be used in both private and public areas. The stool is easy to reposition using one hand and at the same time is particularly stable and resilient. The discretely outward-facing legs with anti-slip ensure a stable and secure standing position.

The softly roughened, non-slip surface of the seat has a pleasant feel and is easy to clean. The small hole in the middle of the seat, which is slightly curved inwards, allows water to drain off directly in the shower. The mobile stool with a white or black seat can be harmoniously integrated into the bathroom or shower area.

With a white seat, you can choose between chrome or aluminium legs; with a black seat, the legs are also in black. All versions are robust, durable and easy to clean.

Water only flows when holding your hands under the outlet or when the infrared sensor detects movement under the outlet. The practical "cleaning stop" function, allows you to clean the fitting without water flowing. Another plus: as the water turns on and off without contact, the need to clean the fitting is reduced to a minimum.

The adjustable follow-up flow time of one second to a maximum of 10 seconds until switch-off, means that IXMO sensor fittings are particularly efficient and sustainable. This enables economical and resource-saving water consumption. The water temperature is adjusted via a small lever on the back of the free-standing fitting model. If permanent temperature control is not desired, especially in public areas, the adjustment pin can be removed after the initial setting. Regarding the wall-mounted fitting, the temperature is adjusted in the under-sink box, under the washbasin.

Optimum drinking water assurance: An automatic standard hygiene flush that can be switched on and off at intervals of 3, 6, 12 or 24 hours prevents microbiological contamination caused by standing water and thus ensures drinking water quality standards. Bonding instead of drilling

In addition to the normal mounting method of drilling, KEUCO also offers the mounting of some products using a bonding method. The modern KEUCO shower shelves in black and white can also be mounted on many smooth and rough surfaces without drilling using the special bonding glue. This means there are drill holes, no dirt and the removal without leaving any residue glue is also possible.

The bonding mounting of KEUCO shower shelves without any drill holes is a most comfortable method:

Thoroughly clean the surfaces (tiles and rear of shower wall), as well as mounting plates. The KEUCO bonding set includes a cleaning cloth and an abrasive cloth which can be used to roughen the surface, thus giving an even better grip of the glue on the mounting plate.

After the position of the shower shelf has been determined, the fixing points should be marked.

Activate the two-component glue in the mixing sachet by following the instructions on the packet.

Finally, press a hazelnut big amount of glue onto the middle of the mounting plate.

Firmly press the mounting plate onto the marked points on the wall and leave to harden with the cardboard for fixing. The water resistant and age-resistant two-component glue (MS-polymer base) is completely set after four hours and guarantees a high level of stability and resilience. Nevertheless, the shower shelf can easily be removed and any residue glue can be removed with a glass scraper and some silicone cleaner after the mounting plates have been released from the wall using a flat tool such as a scraper.

Finally, the wall mounting plates in which the shower shelf is hung can be fixed.

To finish off, simply hang the shower shelf on the mounting plates. And that is a mounting process without drilling any holes!

Circle meets square: That is the visible, continuous design statement throughout the EDITION 90 fittings which are characterized by linear contours and shiny chrome surfaces. This is a real challenge for the production because a precisely processed fitting body is inevitable for the production steps where electroplating is concerned. Even the smallest unevenness would be visible. Therefore it is crucial for the surface of the fitting bodies to be 100% flat after the grinding and polishing process. Innovative technology using fully automatic robots is used for this process, as well as a manual fine-grinding step.

Surface processing is one of KEUCOs core competencies: The brass fitting bodies are carefully chrome plated with a high quality chrome coating in a special electroplating process after the grinding and polishing process. KEUCO has one of the most modern electroplating plants used in the sanitary industry, where we achieve excellent chrome surfaces by means of a special, three-stage process. The conventional method of producing a chrome surface normally involves two stages: first of the all, the brass body is nickel-plated and then chrome plated in a second step. KEUCO has also integrated a semi-gloss nickel stage in the process – for a particularly deep shine and corrosion protection for many years.

The final point is perfection in design and function: Not only does every piece undergo a visible quality inspection or is tested for functionality, or technical material tests are carried out between the individual production steps, but each piece is also inspected for quality during the final assembly stage.

10 years availability of spare parts for KEUCO LED mirror cabinets

The use of LED lighting to save energy has been a subject of interest for some years now. Initially not particularly well liked because of their cold, bright light, they are now a top seller in all kinds of lighting. This applies to the bathroom, too. However, all LED lights are not equal. There are enormous differences in terms of quality, appearance, service life and energy consumption. Reason enough for KEUCO to take a closer look at the matter.

KEUCO mirror cabinets are valued and popular because of their good quality, durability and good spare parts service. But how is that consistent with an LED technology which one claims lasts a lifetime? What if it doesn't? KEUCO took a closer look at these questions and furnished its premium aluminium mirror cabinets with its own LED technology.

In KEUCO's new mirror cabinet models we now use our own LED modules, instead of the fluorescent lamps which were previously used. In addition to their very low energy consumption, these LED modules also have an excellent lifespan: with a minimum of 30,000 hours of operation, at optimum light yield they can last for a very long time.

The LED modules consist of a carrier strip on which the individual LEDs are fastened. The special thing here is that to obtain a uniform strip of light, the only diodes used are diodes which are very carefully sorted by colour temperature and brightness. This means that KEUCO only procures diodes which were specially selected by the supplier and harmonise with diodes of a matching colour. That is how the roughly 7 to 35 cm long LED strips are produced with homogeneous colour and brightness – i.e. with matching appearance.

The number of LED modules joined together by plug connectors and installed varies, depending on the size of the mirror cabinet. These LED strips with plug connectors have a tremendous upside for KEUCO customers: even years later they can still be replaced by a qualified electrician. With that, the spare parts service that KEUCO customers value so greatly is also available for LED technology: guaranteed for 10 years!

When it comes to lighting, the choice is yours with the three modes of the KEUCO’s ROYAL L1 mirror cabinet: The complete front illumination across the entire width of the mirror cabinet with simultaneous, unobtrusive upward wall lighting is perfect for daily care needs. The pleasantly indirect washbasin lighting, which highlights only the fitting with its focus, can act as night-light for orientation or create the perfect lighting for a relaxing bath, for example. To light up the whole room it is also possible to select both lighting modes at once. With KEUCO's innovative rotary dimmer for mirror cabinets, the light intensity can be dimmed to any setting. This dimmer can be found unobtrusively positioned and ready at hand on the underside of the mirror cabinet body. A simple rotation and the desired brightness are set. The modern LED bulbs used emit a pleasant warm-white luminous colour of 3000 Kelvin and offer a considerable 30,000+ operating hours. To achieve the most pleasant lighting, the conventional lights had to give way to state-of-the-art LED technology. The LEDs emit a warm-white and particularly cosy light of 3000 Kelvin and offer a lifespan of a considerable 30,000+ operation hours. And if that wasn't enough, KEUCO has even more in store: The KEUCO rotary dimmer has now replaced the rocker switch. Fixed to the underside of the body, it can be used to switch between three different lighting modes and also to dim the light intensity. A short press of the dimmer switches the lighting on and off. When the light is switched on, holding down the rotary dimmer longer causes it to toggle between the three lighting modes. In the first lighting mode the washbasin is illuminated. In the second mode the upper lighting of the mirror cabinet or the side-lighting of the light mirror is illuminated. In the third and final mode both of the light sources are switched on together. Rotating the dimmer regulates the intensity of the light.

Before any furniture production begins, a special work step called "painting with wood" is first carried out. The wood grain of each piece of natural wood used for EDITION LIGNATUR furniture has to look good together with the grain of each other piece. To achieve this they take the time beforehand to arrange the individual slats that make up the natural wood panels to make sure they look good together and to produce a harmonious overall picture in the bathroom.
