b) When contacting us by email or through our contact form, we will save the data you provide (your email address and, if applicable, your name and telephone number) to answer your inquiry. We will delete this data once its storage is no longer required or will restrict its processing in case of legal storage obligations.
c) If we commission service providers for certain functions of our offer or if we would like to use your data for marketing purposes, we will notify you about the respective processes and the storage duration criteria in detail and without delay.
2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data and Type and Purpose of Its Use

b) You may contact us through our contact form for questions of any kind. This will require a valid email address for us to know who submitted the inquiry and to allow us to respond. Additional information may be provided voluntarily.
Data for contacting purposes is processed on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1) Sentence 1 Letter a of the General Data Protection Regulation.
The personal data we collect through our contact form will be deleted automatically after the processing of your inquiry is complete.
3. Data Transfers
Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties for reasons other than the following. We will only provide your data to third parties if:
• You granted your express consent under Art. 6(1) Sentence 1 Letter a of the General Data Protec-tion Regulation,
• The transfer is required under Art. 6(1) Sentence 1 Letter f of the General Data Protection Regula-tion to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and if there is no reason to believe that you have an overriding interest in the non-disclosure of your data,
• Legal obligations for the transfer apply under Art. 6(1) Sentence 1 Letter c of the General Data Protection Regulation, and if
• Permitted by law and required under Art. 6(1) Sentence 1 Letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation for the performance of a contract with you.
Information on your specific device will be saved on the cookie. However, this does not mean that we will learn your identity.
Cookies are used to make use of our offer more comfortable. For this, we use so-called session cook-ies to recognise that you visited individual pages of our website. Session cookies will be deleted auto-matically when you leave our website.

The tracking measures stated hereafter are performed on the basis of Art. 6(1) Sentence 1 Letter f of the General Data Protection Regulation. These tracking measures are used for need-based design and continuous optimisation of our website. We also use these tracking measures for statistical assess-ments of our website and to optimise our offer for you. These interests are regarded as legitimate in the sense of the above-stated regulation.
For the need-based design and continuous optimisation of our website, we also use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (https://www.google.com/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereafter: "Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies," text files saved onto your computer, that allow your use of the website to be analysed. If IP-anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within a Member state of the European Union or in another state party to the European Economic Area Agreement. a) The IP address transmitted by your browser through Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

6. Social Media Plugins
We currently do not use social media plugins.
7. Inclusion of YouTube Videos
a) We integrated YouTube videos that are saved on http://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly on our website. These videos are embedded using "privacy-enhanced mode," i.e. no data on you as the user will be transmitted to YouTube if you do not open these videos. Only if you open these videos will the data specified in Section 2 be transferred. We cannot influence these data transmissions.
b) By visiting our website, YouTube will be notified that you opened the respective page on our web-site. In addition, the data stated in Section 2 will be transmitted. This will be done irrespective of whether you are logged in to a user account provided by YouTube or not. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish assignments to be made to your account, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube will save your data as a user profile and use your data for advertising, market research and/or need-based website design purposes. Such assessments are especially performed (even for users not logged in) to offer need-based advertisements and to inform other social network users about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of such user profiles which you may exercise by contacting YouTube.

a) This website features Google Maps. This allows us to display interactive maps and enables you to comfortably use the map function directly on our website.

11. Data Security
We use the common SSL procedure (Secure Sockets Layer) with the highest encryption level support-ed by your browser when visiting our website. This is usually a 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we will use 128-bit v3 technology. Whether a page of our web-site is transmitted in encrypted is recognised by the key or lock symbol on your browser's lower status bar.
Apart from that, we implement suitable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against random or intentional manipulation, partial or total loss, destruction or unauthorised third-party access. Our security measures are improved regularly in accordance with technological devel-opments.
