Bathrooms have a very unique environment. The accessories are exposed to high levels of moisture every day. This is where many years of expertise and a mixture of craftsmanship and modern production come into play.

Chrome
Classic KEUCO chrome surfaces are created in a special, three-stage process. An additional semi-gloss nickel stage ensures a special deep gloss and long-term corrosion protection.
An extra shiny step
Crafting surfaces is one of KEUCO’s main areas of expertise. The company has one of the most modern electroplating plants in the sanitary industry at its Hemer site, where the excellent chrome surfaces are produced in a special, three-stage process.
Traditionally, a chrome surface is produced in two galvanic stages: The brass part is first nickel-plated and then chrome-plated. KEUCO has also integrated a semi-gloss nickel stage into the process. This step ensures the incomparable and deep gloss and guarantees long-term corrosion protection.
Exclusive surfaces
Precise brushing of the surfaces creates a fine structure that gives the accessories their distinctive, elegant character. To give them their unique appearance, they are carefully handcrafted and finished in a complex galvanic process.
Brushed rose gold
Before the KEUCO accessories are coated with 19-20 carat red gold, they receive an additional layer that underlines the durability and quality of the surface: a galvanic white bronzing. The name refers to the characteristic color after this special processing, which creates a brilliant base for the precious red gold on the accessories.
In the final step of the manufacturing process, the surface is further refined by a careful passivation process. Passivation protects and stabilizes the rose gold, allowing it to retain its luxurious appearance for years and withstand moisture and daily wear and tear.
Brushed brass
After the surface is finished with a layer of 23.5 karat gold, the final passivation takes place in the manufacturing process, which contributes decisively to the robustness and durability of the surface. This process protects the accessories from external influences and preserves their luxurious appearance for many years.

Brushed stainless steel
The stainless steel finish is created by applying a special nickel layer in KEUCO's hand-galvanized process after the products have been brushed. This intensive surface treatment gives the accessories their noble, understated expressiveness.
Finally, the surface is passivated, which protects the accessories so that they retain their attractive appearance for years and are excellently resistant to moisture and daily wear and tear.
Brushed titanium black
The KEUCO accessories get their distinctive, accurate structure through the precise brushing of the surfaces. At the KEUCO electroplating plant, the products are finally plated in titanium black chrome in an elaborate process with careful handwork.
This process guarantees that the surface is ideal for the high demands of the bathroom. The subsequent passivation protects the accessories, ensuring they retain their distinctive appearance for years and are excellently resistant to moisture in daily use.
Matt black
The deep black, silk matt surfaces of KEUCO products impress with their special colour intensity, which adds a luxurious touch to the bathroom. A special surface coating makes them insensitive, durable and easy to maintain.

Deep black and durable
The powder process used is based on high-quality powder coatings in which the colour particles are baked at approx. 180°C after application. During the baking process, the powder particles cross-link to form a layer that is very resistant.
This powder coating is characterised by its high resistance to scratches, impact and abrasion. In addition, the coated surfaces offer excellent protection against chemicals and corrosion.
Aluminium finish
High-quality aluminum surfaces on accessories are characterized by their particular durability.Here, all visible parts are first nickel-plated and then coated with the finish.
Velvety matte cover
Surfaces with an aluminium finish are produced in electrolytic immersion baths. After the accessories are nickel-plated, they receive a coating with a velvety matte look. The finish not only gives the products a high-quality look, but also protects them from corrosion and wear.
PVD
The workmanship is as extraordinary as the look. KEUCO produces these elegant accessories on a custom basis.
Especially in manufacturing and appearance
The surfaces are not produced galvanically, but with a so-called PVD coating (physical vapor deposition). In a vacuum-based process, a thin layer is applied to the metal objects, which does not alter the surface and enables a wide range of colour shades to be used.
The manufacturing process guarantees an extremely durable surface with an intense deep shine and a very high degree of hardness for the accessories.
Light & Mirror
Long-lasting durability. Every KEUCO mirror cabinet and light mirror impresses with its extremely robust, anodised aluminium body. Thanks to its excellent properties, aluminium is the ideal material for the bathroom, as it can easily withstand the constantly changing conditions of temperature and humidity.
Production Gütersloh
At the KEUCO location in Gütersloh, mirrors and elegant mirror cabinets as well as illuminated and cosmetic mirrors are made from aluminum. The use of this durable material guarantees the highest quality and durability that meets the requirements. With its high corrosion resistance as well as scratch and wear resistance, it guarantees a long service life and a flawless appearance - even in daily use.

In Bünde, KEUCO has its expertise in first-class bathroom furniture. Since furniture in the bathroom has to meet special requirements, the experts from East Westphalia use only the highest quality materials. Vanity units, cabinets and side units are manufactured here in a variety of finishes - from lacquered surfaces to glass, decor and veneer.
