Successful: On behalf of Bauwerk, they managed to create an architectural icon with a breathtaking water location on Stralauer Allee, in the vibrant Friedrichshain and adjacent Kreuzberg. The futuristic handwriting of the building with its all-glass facade is evident in every corner of the 161 apartments, flats and penthouses. 70 percent offer a spectacular view of the Spree.
